Real impact is the only credential that counts.
A four-month fellowship where young African creators stop waiting for permission — and start building work the world actually uses.
The work, so far.
Live from Cohort 2 — every number is real work fellows have shipped this season.
How it works
Discover. Build. Showcase.
Forget busy work. Forget “helping out.” This is the path fellows walk.
Month 1
Discover where you thrive
Rotate across community, events and partnerships. Each week is a new challenge — until you know exactly where you fit.
Months 2–4
Build something real
Ship real deliverables with your name on them, across six cities. Measurable outcomes — not busywork.
The finale
Show what you built
Bring it all together on Demo Day — the work that becomes your credential.
The cohorts
Every class of Pathfinders.
Cohort 02 · the directory
Meet the Pathfinders.
Every fellow brings a different lens. Open a portrait to see the impact they're building.
